Refund policy

At Mood Merch, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because each item is custom-produced just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

We do accept returns or replacements within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Items with printing errors or quality issues

To request a return or replacement, please contact us at jimandmelissahayes@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right!

Non-returnable items: All sales are final for correctly fulfilled orders.


 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
